Etheridge's talents were apparent at an early age; She learned to play the guitar at eight-years-old and was invited to perform with several groups as a teenager before attending the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. After lasting a few semesters, she decided she had the chops to pursue a music career and moved to Los Angeles. She was discovered and signed by Island Records who released her self-titled debut in 1988. The album was an underground hit that eventually became certified double-Platinum and earned her a Grammy nomination. She released her sophomore set, Brave and Crazy, in 1989 and toured extensively to develop a large and loyal fan-base. She earned her first Grammy for the effort and continued to tour extensively.

Etheridge returned in 1993 and recorded her massively successful Yes I Am album which addressed her sexuality and became the biggest record of her career. The album featured her signature single "I'm the Only One" and spent nearly three years on the Billboard 200. The album's second single, "Come to My Window", earned her another Grammy Award and Melissa Etheridge tour dates were scheduled nationally to promote her breakthrough album. Following the success, Etheridge released three more successful albums, - Your Little Secret (1995); Breakdown (1998); and Skin (2001). Etheridge continued to tour aggressively to satisfy her national fan-base.

The new millennium brought many more accolades and challenges for Etheridge. She released Lucky, in 2004 and was then diagnosed with breast cancer the following year. She became a staunch breast cancer awareness advocate and performed at several benefit concerts in support of cancer research and for the victims of the Hurricane Katrina tragedy. In 2007, Etheridge won an Academy Award for the song "I Need to Wake Up" for the film An Inconvenient Truth. The rocker lent her voice to the cause of global climate change and scheduled performances at both the Nobel Peace Prize Concert and Live Earth in 2007. Etheridge closed out the decade with Fearless Love and the accompanying Fearless Love Tour in 2010.

Etheridge's illustrious career continues to win her accolades and she continues to light up Rock and Adult Contemporary radio stations with her catalog of hits and new releases. In addition to being one of the most successful female singer-songwriters and performers of all time, she is also a humanitarian and has championed for many causes. Pitbull: The rapper known as Pitbull is currently the biggest name in Latin hip-hop. Having been on the scene for over seven years, his career has been blowing up recently due to the success of his 2009 album, Rebelution, and his 2010 Spanish-language album, Armando. He's collaborated with some of the biggest names in hip-hop, including Lil Jon, Usher, and T-Pain. Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of his latest album, Planet Pit, as well as any possible 2011 tour dates that could follow the album's release.

Armando Christian Pérez was born on January 15, 1981, in Miami, Florida. After graduating high school, he made some important connections after meeting Irv Gotti and Luther Campbell. It wasn't until Pitbull met Lil Jon that he made his first recorded appearance on the East Side Boyz' album, Kings of Crunk. Pitbull experienced huge mainstream success when his song "Oye" was featured in the film 2 Fast 2 Furious in 2003. By early 2004, the rapper had signed with TVT Records and was recording his debut album, M.I.A.M.I., which released later that year. The album received favorable reviews and peaked at #14 on the Billboard 200; not bad for the rapper's debut album. The record was full of club and party hits, in particular the lead single "Culo," which packed the dance floor on tour dates. Pitbull followed up his debut with El Mariel in 2006, which featured a mixture of club tracks and politically conscious songs. His 2007 album, The Boatlift, featured a harder crunk, gangsta feel to it and was well received by music critics.

Pitbull hit it big in 2009 when he released Rebelution on his own Mr. 305 Inc. record label. The single "I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)" became the rapper's most popular song, as it reached #2 on the Hot 100 earned the artist massive tour dates. In late 2010, Pitbull released a Spanish-language album, entitled Armando after his real first name and his father's name. The album shot to #2 on the US Billboard Latin Albums and the singles "Maldito Alcohol" and "Bon, Bon" have received considerable airplay on Latin radio stations, but less play on tour dates.

Pitbull's latest album, Planet Pit, will be released on June 21 and the singles "Hey Baby (Drop It to the Floor)" and "Give Me Everything" have already been praised by critics. The album will feature such artists as T-Pain, Chris Brown, Akon, Kelly Rowland, Enrique Iglesias, LMFAO, and many others. While Pitbull doesn't have any scheduled tour dates in 2011, fans can expect a busy concert schedule once the album has been released. Owen eventually moved to Nashville and began writing songs with producer Jimmy Ritchey. After penning several songs, Owen caught the attention of Sony BMG and was signed to their RCA Records imprint.

By 2006, Owen was ready to release his debut album, Startin' With Me. It debuted in the top ten of Billboard's Country charts fueled by the lead off single "Yee Haw". Jake Owen tour dates were scheduled on the opening stage for Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood on their respective tours. While on tour, Owen scored his first top ten country single - "Startin' With Me". Jake Owen tour dates were then scheduled with Alan Jackson and Brooks & Dunn in 2007.
