Learn more about St. Jude Children's Hospital at *IMPORTANT* Once you have purchased your ticket, please fill out the below Google Form. Your spot will not confirmed until the Google Form is complete/submitted. Create a Soulcycle account here: FAQs Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? All new riders are required to complete a new rider waiver form prior to riding their first time at Soulcycle.  The waiver can be completed upon arrival at the event.  Any minors under 18 will need to have a parent or guardian sign the Minor Waiver Form in person at SoulCycle. Failure to do so will result in the minor not being able to participate in the class. What is the cancellation policy? Unfortunetly, because ticket profits are being donated to St. Jude's, tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets are transferable! If you are no longer able to attend and would like to have a friend/family member ride in your place, please contact Courtney DelGiudice at to coordinate.
